I have a 13 year old daughter with Bipolar Disorder.  She attends Huntington Learning Center at a cost of $700.00 monthly.  I have recently retired from the Marine Corps and moved to Florida.  I am trying to find a scholarship, grant or other federal/state funding to pay for her tutoring.  My wife and I have always just paid for it ourselves but money has gotten tight with my transition from the military.  The school offers peer tutoring and has indicated that they will not pay for the specialized tutoring.  We have tried to tutor her ourselves but that usually ends up in some sort of argument.  Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
